      Terms and conditions

      1. The promoter of this competition is HammondCare and its registered office Level 4, 207B Pacific Hwy, St Leonards NSW 2065.
      2. By entering this competition, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
      3. The competition is open to anyone who submits an entry to consulting@dementia.com.au and is physically present in Australia on Monday 11 November 2024.
      4. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
      5. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
      6. In 50 words or less, please tell us why you would like to see the movie “Memory”.
      7. Entries must be sent via email to consulting@dementia.com.au.
      8. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
      9. Closing time and date for entries is 9am AEST, Monday 11 November 2024. After this time and date, no further entries will be allowed.
      10. HammondCare does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
      11. The following prizes are on offer: 5 double passes (valid in season) and 5 “buy one, get one free” passes (valid for 2 weeks only from the opening date) All prizes are only valid in participating Australian cinemas.
      12. The prizes are as stated and no alternatives will be offered.
      13. Winners will be judged by employees of HammondCare.
      14. Winners will be notified via email by 12pm AEST Monday 11 November 2024.
      15. Prizes will be sent via mail to the address provided in the competition entry.
      16. HammondCare takes no responsibility for prizes that are not successfully delivered.
      17. HammondCare’s decisions in respect of all matters to do with the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
      18. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by New South Wales law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
      19. Entrants are providing their information to HammondCare and not to any other party. The information provided will be collected, used and disclosed as set out in our Privacy Policy.
