Information - Navigation

There are a number of features on The Dementia Center website to help you navigate the website more easily. Some of these features are explained below.

The font size can be set to three different sizes through the Accessibility Menu - small, medium and large. The font size will be stored in a 'cookie' on your computer. The next time you visit The Dementia Centre website, the font will be displayed with the chosen size. In order for this to work, you must give The Dementia Centre permission to store cookies on your computer. You can do this through your browser settings option.
Another feature we have built into the website is the Quick Links Menu. This will appear on every page apart from the home page, and will enable you to jump from one section of the website to another without following lots of links. The icons are smaller versions of those found on the home screen, and will link to exactly the same information as their corresponding, bigger versions.

The 'peel' feature gives you the opportunity to visit PSS's main website from any page within The Dementia Centre website. The image to the left of this paragraph shows the peel function as it appears on every screen, in the top right hand corner.
Holding your mouse pointer over the peel function will cause it to peel back and reveal the main PSS website behind. Clicking on this will open a new browser and display the main PSS website. For this to work correctly, you must have flash installed on your computer.
