First Floor

This would provide incubation space for new businesses and health related social enterprise to generate revenue and contribute to the long-term stability of the initiative. Hope Business Gateway would provide business start up support , and the partnership with PSS would also give mentoring support.

Second Floor

This would house education science which promotes the proactive learning of science to students from a young age and turns students on to science as a committed subject / careers. This will develop the Economy of Science in the Region and assist educating the scientists of the future.

Third Floor

This would involve University self financing science labs mainly for undergraduate and postgraduate study. The University will locate a number of it's own key undergraduate and postgraduate science labs as part of the overall scheme to enable a range of cross fertilisation between science and health related activities to take place.
