Dementia Signage
![]() |
We have designed a range of signs in PDF format, which and can be downloaded and printed on your computer to be used at home or in your place of residence. You can download the signs as many times as you like. They are free! We would however recommend laminating the sign once printed to make it more resistant to wear and tear.

You should mount the signs securely at an appropriate height that is low enough to come within the acknowledged range of vision for people with dementia. This is usually somewhere between waist and shoulder height. Please make sure also that there is enough light to adequately illuminate the sign.
Clicking on the link below will take you to the signage Downloads page. Here you will see a list of signs available for download. Click on each of the signs for more information, including a preview of what the sign actually looks like. Clicking on the download link, (the blue arrow symbol), will download the PDF file to your computer. Once you've downloaded the signs you want, please don't forget to rate each one so we know how useful you think they are.
We hope you do find the signs useful, and please check back often as we will be adding more signs on a regular basis. If you have any suggestions for improving the signs, or you have a particular sign that you'd like to see here, please email us using the 'Contact Us' section of the website and we'll do our best to help.
