There are many shortcut keys for performing various functions when using the Internet Explorer browser. Below is a selection of those available. Please ensure that you always have the latest version installed on your computer.
To invoke Access Keys when using the Internet Explorer browser, please press ALT & the required Access Key, then press the SEND key. A full list of available Access Keys can be found by clicking on the 'Key' icon in the Accessibility menu on the top right of the screen.
Access Keys

Navigation
Press END to Go to Bottom of Page.
Press Home to Go to Top of Page.
Press CTRL & P to Print Page.
Display
Press CTRL & + to increase size.
Press CTRL & - to decrease size.
Press CTRL & 0 to reset to default size.
Tab / Window Control
Press CTRL & T to Open a New Tab.
Press CTRL & N to Open a New Window.
Press CTRL & W to Close Tab.
Press CTRL & W to Close Window (when only 1 tab exists).
Search
Press CTRL & F to Find.
Press ALT & F to Find Next.
Press ALT & U to set Search direction to 'Up'.
Press ALT & D to set Search direction to 'Down'.
Please look in the 'help' section of your Internet Explorer browser for a full list of keyboard shortcuts.
Additional Help
If you are using having problems with images displaying correctly such as on the example to the right, (where the right hand edge of the image has disappeared), it is more than likely that you are using version 7 of Internet Explorer. To rectify this problem, please visit the downloads section of the microsoft website and download the latest version of Internet Explorer for free.

You may also experience some images not displaying correctly in certain versions of Internet Explorer with the results similar to those shown below this paragraph. If this happens, right-click on the image and select the option to 'Show Pictures'. Alternatively you can clear your cache to get rid of temporary internet files, and then reload the page. If your still having problems, please upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer as mentioned in the above paragraph.
